Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80 Australia wide. For orders under $80, shipping will be charged a flat rate of $9.95.

Express shipping is available at a flat rate of $6.95 for orders over $80 and $14.95 for orders under $80.

We offer free personal delivery to our local area for any residents in Grafton NSW on orders of $20 and over. For local orders under $20, a delivery fee of $4.95 applies. This area includes Grafton, South Grafton and Junction Hill residents. If you fall within this area, please be sure to check the Local Delivery box at the checkout. If you live locally and would like to take advantage of our Local Delivery service, but are unsure if you are covered by these areas, then please give us a quick call or email to check if Local Delivery applies to you.

* PLEASE NOTE: Local Delivery means local to the area specified. If you live outside our local delivery area and check the local delivery box at the checkout, your order may be cancelled and refunded.

We are an online store and do not operate a shop front, and therefore we do not offer a pick-up option, it is delivery service only. We will however be at the markets from time to time, and this will be advertised in advance across our social media platforms and via email notification if you are subscribed to our newsletter.

Currently we are offering shipping Australia wide only. Should you want to enquire about shipping to another country please contact us.

* PLEASE NOTE: Selecting express shipping does not mean your order will leave our premises any sooner (usual dispatch times still apply) It also does not guarantee next day delivery once your order has been shipped. Australia post can take up to 3 days to deliver express post packages. We are unable to refund the postage costs if Australia Post do not deliver the next day. 

We aim to get your order out as soon as possible. Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days unless otherwise specified. We do not ship on weekends, Australian national holidays or NSW public holidays. Please be mindful that our products are handmade with time and care and especially for larger orders it can take up to a few days to have your order prepared. We suggest that if you are needing your products within a certain timeframe then please give us a friendly message via email or social media, and we will do our best to cater to your timeframe.

We ship via Australia Post for all orders, other than our Local Deliveries in the Grafton NSW area.

Depending on your location, it can take anywhere from 2-7 business days for your parcel to arrive once shipped. SA and WA are subject to further wait times with Australia Post, please allow 10 business days.
