Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with the products that you purchase. Should you for any reason have an issue with any product you receive, please email us within 7 days of your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Due to the nature of our products and our strict hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used. If you wish to return an item please email us within 7 days of receipt of your item and you will be provided with return instructions.

The item you wish to return must be in the original packaging, unopened and unused. Sustainability and reducing waste is very important to us, and so our products are free from plastic packaging which makes many of our products unsuitable for returns and exchanges.

Any applicable return postage will be at your expense. Once we receive the item and can verify its condition, we will issue you with a store credit which will be valid for 12 months.

Please note that because our products are made with natural ingredients and are handmade, individual batches may vary slightly in colour, texture or smell. This in no way affects their quality and cannot be the reason alone for a request for returns.

All wholesale orders are made to order and therefore we don't offer refunds or exchanges on wholesale orders unless the item is faulty.
